Incorrect Address

Kotoyama-san is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed or shipped.

Returned Packages / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to customer circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Failure to collect the package
• Refusal of delivery
• Unpaid customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees
• Long-term absence
• Delivery restrictions in the destination country

the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, handling fees, and any other related costs.

If a refund is approved after a package is returned to us, these costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery process is handled by the shipping company.
